Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or playing Bubble Blast (the "Game") published by Manekor ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or play the Game.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Game, you confirm you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before making any in-app purchases.

Subject to these Terms, Manekor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game on compatible Android devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Game.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, or any unauthorised software to gain an advantage.
• Sell, transfer, or sublicence your access to the Game or any in-game items.
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt servers or networks connected to the Game.

Bubble Blast is free to download and play. Optional premium content, power-ups, or ad-free experiences may be available for purchase through one-time payments or recurring subscriptions processed via the Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly except where required by law.
• Virtual items (coins, power-ups, lives) purchased within the Game have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or rebalance virtual items and in-game economies at any time without liability.

The free version of the Game is supported by advertising. Ads are served by third-party advertising partners. By playing the free version, you consent to the display of advertisements. You may remove ads by purchasing the relevant premium option, where available.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Any interaction with ads is between you and the advertiser.

All content within the Game — including graphics, animations, sound effects, music, game design, levels, characters, and the Bubble Blast name and logo — is the exclusive property of Manekor and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws worldwide.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Game without our prior written permission. Content creators may create gameplay videos or screenshots for non-commercial purposes; commercial use requires written consent.

You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Game or its infrastructure.
• Use the Game to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate Manekor or any other person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts other players' enjoyment of the Game.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Game without notice or refund.

We reserve the right to modify, update, add, or remove game content, levels, features, and in-app items at any time. We may also discontinue the Game or certain features at any time without prior notice or liability.

Updates may be required to continue playing. We are not obligated to provide updates, patches, or new content.

Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we handle your information, including data collected for advertising and analytics purposes.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.

We make no warranty regarding the availability of specific in-game content, levels, or features at any given time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manekor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Game.
• Loss of virtual items, progress, or in-game currency due to technical issues.
• Unauthorised access to your device or account.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Game.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £10 (whichever is greater).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful. Upon termination, your licence to play the Game ends immediately and you forfeit any virtual items or in-game progress without right to refund (except where required by law).

You may stop playing the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
