Manekor ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Calviq AI application ("App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account and profile information — name, age, height, gender, activity level, nutrition goal, and target weight you provide when setting up your profile.
• Food and nutrition data — meals you log, scan results, and diary entries.
• Usage data — features used, scan frequency, session duration, and general app behaviour.
• Device information — device model, operating system version, and identifiers used for app functionality and diagnostics.
• Network information — IP address used to deliver the service.
• Purchase information — whether a purchase was completed. We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

• To operate and personalise the App and its features.
• To process food scans and return nutrition data.
• To track your daily nutrition against your personal goals.
• To improve the accuracy and performance of our service.
• To manage your subscription and process purchases.
• To respond to support enquiries.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The App requires camera access to perform food scanning. Images you capture are used solely to process your scan request and return nutrition results. We do not use your food images for advertising or share them with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the scan result.

We work with third-party service providers for analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, and advertising (free tier only). These providers process data only as necessary to perform their services and are bound by appropriate data protection obligations. We do not disclose specific vendor names as part of this policy.

Free tier users may see opt-in reward advertisements. Pro subscribers see no advertisements of any kind.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the Profile tab inside the App. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
