01Acceptance
By downloading or using Calviq AI ("App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 should have parental consent before making any purchase.
03License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.
04Free tier and subscriptions
The App is free to download. The free tier includes a daily scan limit. Additional scans may be unlocked by watching an opt-in reward advertisement.
A Pro subscription is available inside the App, processed through the relevant app store on your device. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel via your device's app store account settings. Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policy.
05Advertising
The free tier may include opt-in reward advertisements (user-initiated, value-exchange) and limited interstitial advertisements shown during scan loading after an initial grace period. Pro subscribers see no advertisements of any kind.
06Health disclaimer
Calviq is a general wellness tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Nutrition estimates are approximations. Do not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.
07Intellectual property
All content, design, and functionality of the App is the property of Manekor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
08Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
09Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Manekor is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on nutrition estimates. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
